SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At DS Jewellery, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your precious items arrive safely at your doorstep.

Items within Australia are sent via Australia Express Post with Signature on Delivery at a flat rate of $20, using the full postal details provided at the time of order.

 

Shipping for multiple items may be combined, depending on the number and weight of the items purchased.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns or exchanges are available strictly for pre-made stock items from our online store only. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please email enquiries@dsjewellery.com.au  within 7 days of purchase to submit your request. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and undamaged.

Items that have been commissioned, customised, or made with outsourced gemstones cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item has been customised to your specific requirements outside of our standard stock listing, it is not eligible for return.

If you notice any fault with your item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can organise an assessment. Items should be returned using a secure service, such as Express Post with signature, and please retain your proof of postage. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs during the return journey to DS Jewellery.
